Alaska Bob’s Recipe of the Month February 2001 Cheesy Salsa (Halibut) Fillets |

1 - 1 1/2 lbs. fish fillets (halibut, red snapper, se 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. chunky salsa (we like ours with more salsa, although this ingredient is optional) 1 c. (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese 1) Pre-heat oven to 450. Place fish fillets in lightly greased baking dish. Mix together mayonnaise, salsa and cheese. 2) Spoon on top of fish. 3) Bake 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Makes 4-6 servings.
