Crab Fried Rice Recipe with Dunguness Crab
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 onion
1/2 C bean sprouts
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 T olive oil
1 T soy sauce
3 cups cooked rice
1 cup cooked, shelled crab
In large frying pan or wok heat 2 T olive oil. Add garlic and ginger. Heat and stir for approximately one minute. Add celery, carrots and onion that have been cut into one inch pieces. Saute until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add rice, crab and soy sauce. Heat through.
